秭归端午习俗之食俗

秭归人对吃的特别讲究,在端午节饭桌上,除了做成新鲜蒸肉和扣肉外,还少不了这几样具有浓郁地方特色的酒和食物。将块状雄黄用乳钵研磨成粉,放入酒瓶,高度粮食酒浸泡一宿,制作成雄黄酒,用于饭前祭祀。



秭归的端午宴是极具地方特色的,也是很讲究的,有些菜必不可少,而且需要提前准备,如腌鸡蛋、打豆腐、打糍粑、发发面粑粑等等。
