将风干的脐橙橙籽放入锅中焙炒,焙炒时注意不要炒焦但尽量将油分炒干,将炒好的橙籽打成粉末用开水冲服,每次3~5克,饭后饮用,长期坚持能在一定程度上治疗风湿。
